A Message from the Owner & Mechanic – Bill Christo

I’ve been proudly working in the auto service industry since 1997. Over the years, I’ve owned and operated RAA-approved workshops, giving me a clear understanding of the quality and standards that customers expect today.

At Hilltop Auto Repairs, our motto is simple: “An honest job for an honest price.”

We take the time to explain all work carried out, show you the parts replaced, and provide a fully itemised invoice. Most importantly, every part and every job we complete is backed by our warranty—giving you peace of mind that your car is in safe hands.

Bill founded Hilltop Auto Repairs in 2008, starting out as a one-man operation from his own property. Today, he leads a dedicated team of mechanics proudly servicing the local community—including retirement villages, sporting clubs, and more.

Routine Maintenance & Servicing:

Standard Car Service: 
Includes oil and filter changes, fluid top-ups, and general inspections.

Logbook Servicing: 
Ensures vehicles adhere to manufacturer specifications for warranty purposes. Log book stamped.

Brake and Clutch Repairs: 
Addressing issues with brake pads, rotors, calipers, clutches, and related components.

Cooling System Service: 
Addressing issues with the radiator, hoses, thermostat, and other cooling system components. Call Hilltop if your car is leaking or overheating!

Tyre Services: 
Including NEW Tyre fitting, balancing, rotation,  and puncture repairs.

Air Conditioning Service: 
Addressing issues with air conditioning systems, including gas recharges and component repairs.

Repairs & Diagnostics:

Mechanical Repairs: 
Addressing issues with engines, transmissions, suspensions, and other mechanical systems.

Auto Electrical Services: 
Diagnosing and repairing electrical problems, including starting and charging systems, lights, and other electrical components.

Engine Diagnostics: 
Using specialized tools to diagnose engine problems.

Exhaust System Repairs: 
Addressing issues with the exhaust system, including mufflers, catalytic converters, and pipes.

Suspension and Steering Repairs: 
Addressing issues with shocks, struts, control arms, and steering components.

Hilltop Auto has a large fully equipped workshop with two hoists. Our specialised equipment facilitates all automotive service and repairs to most makes and models.

Bill Christo and his mechanic team will carry out a quality service/repair as if it’s their own car, and report to you to ensure no surprises when you collect your car. Having owned and operated RAA approved workshops before Bill understands the standard expected.

We will never replace or charge you for anything that doesn’t need replacing. We show you all your old parts and explain work carried out and all work is guaranteed.

We accept CASH, eftpos, VISA, MASTERCARD and BBX Barter Dollars

FREE Loan Car, a lift home or pick ups are available.

If your car is not driveable speak to us about a low cost tow truck pick up to our workshop.

We also Buy and Sell older cars.
